Custom painted Halo Mega Bloks Drone figure
As you might have seen just a few days ago, I reviewed the Halo Mega Bloks Covenant Drone set. This set includes the first ever produced by Mega Bloks, Covenant Drone (Yanme’e) minifigure.
While I like the figure a lot, I really wanted some more detail to it. So I took it upon myself to do just that. Continue reading
Halo Escalation #14 Comic Book review (Spoilers inside)
Halo Escalation #14 is now available for purchase. Folks, this is a “must not miss issue”. There is a chain of events that happen in this issue that most certainly are going to set up HUGE happenings for future issues and possible the next game as well.
As always, I suggest you buy form your local comic book shop. I’m a firm believer in supporting your local businesses.
If you don’t have one close, then go to Darkhorse’s site to order.
Now on with the book review. (Again, SPOILERS are ahead, you’ve been warned).
With Jul ‘Mdama on the cover, I just KNEW this issue was going to be big. And it certainly did not disappoint in that area.
In Escalation #13, we saw the UNSC Infinity have it’s slipspace capacity crippled… Continue reading
HFFL is going to New York Toy Fair 2015!!!
I have the absolute pleasure to announce that we will be live in attendance at this year’s New York Toy Fair!
I’ll be scouring the whole convention looking for toy manufacturers that have Halo licenses and bringing you pics and articles of what’s seen there!
This is the second time HFFL has been to Toy Fair. The last time being in 2012. You can find those articles by typing “New York Toy Fair 2012” in the search field.
Key vendors that I will be visiting will be Mega Bloks and McFalrane. There will be others though. If you have any particular vendors you’d like for me to visit (that have Halo licenses), PLEASE respond below or e-mail me at [email protected].
I’ll do my best to get to everyone of the exhibitors that has a Halo license and take plenty of pics.
Look for me to live tweet during the event, with larger articles coming later in the day.
I want to thank my incredible wife for booking lodging for us. We’re able to make this trip possible for LESS than $300 for the whole weekend. That’s freakin’ outstanding, considering New York prices.

The Bulletin Episode 9
Jay Frecette is out this week, so Bravo brings you this week’s bulletin.
He mostly talks about the HCS and the Halo 5 Beta. There is a good vid showing the use of the Hydra. I bet many of you didn’t think to use it the way it is shown.
HaloGAF Halo 5 Beta Montage
Do you have 10 minutes? If so, then sit back and enjoy some excellent gameplay here. Sniping, Swordplay, and some SICK Ground pounds. Then in the last 2 minutes or so, so humorous goings on.
