As part of the Games with Gold program Halo: Spartan Assault is FREE for the XBOX One. In case you’re wondering, it’s $9.99 for the 360.

  1. You were probably not serious about getting a Xbox One now but what if Microsoft releases a Halo edition Xbox One or a bundle (like what they did with Titanfall) later on with Halo 5: Guardians? I dunno, it just doesn’t seem worth it to get a Xbox One now just to get Spartan Assault for free. Its an alright game but if you really want to play it, you could just get it for your 360.

    • Heh, I do already have it for the 360. Did you know that you can get achievements for BOTH versions though? Same achievements (plus a few more for the One). The One’s achievements though are worth, IIRC, double those of the 360.
