Here’s a full game of Halo 5 Guardians multiplayer!

This match is from Halofest 2014 that happened on November 10 in Los Angeles.

Be sure and listen to the callouts by Goldenboy and Bravo. Not only do they clue you in to the areas on the map, but also what weapons are in the Beta. The map itself looks phenomenal!

The Halo 5 Guardians Beta starts December 29, 2014 and runs until January 19, 2015. That’s a whole THREE weeks to enjoy!

That Prophets Bane looks SWEET. With the added attributes to it, it’s sure to rule that map!

Thanks gawd, NO MORE load outs! AND Power weapons are TIMED! It’s Halo as we knew it BEST!!!

And one of the best news to come out of this is a SPECTATOR mode! It will be pretty basic in the beta, but will be fully developed for the full release of the game.

Some of the things you see in the beta may or may not make it into the game. SO this is why it’s important to not just play the beta, but to give your honest feedback on it to 343. YOU will have an impact on how the final game is released!

    • Yep! In Halo 5 you won’t get an Infinity drop. Instead you/your team must get to know when and where a power weapon will spawn on the map. This take teamwork as you’ll often need to take control of or hold that area until the weapon spawns. That is CLASSIC Halo! No more of this crud where people can drop in Snipers or Incineration cannons themselves. Thank goodness. That was SO map breaking in Halo 4 and nearly impossible to maintain control.

  1. I’m thinking that the Prophet’s Bane is probably exclusive to that map since it wouldn’t make sense to have the Energy Sword in the game at the same time as this improved Energy Sword.

    • It doesn’t matter to me either way. It’s a “Super Energy Sword” given it’s additional attributes. Hmm, maybe a game of “Swordfight Juggernaut” where the Juggernaut has the Prophet’s Bane. You kill the Juggernaut, you get that sword! Hmmm…..
