Okay, if that isn’t enough to entice you, need I remind you that by ordering from the MicroSoft store you also get the Pulse Armor skin!

Text from MS store:

• Exclusive sounds: Hear actual Halo 4 in-game sound effects when console is turned on and when the eject button is pushed.

• Largest hard drive available: The 320-GB hard drive offers more space for game add-ons and downloadable content, and more memory to store all of your entertainment.

Price is $399US. Controllers are $60US each. I’ve read that the console and controllers are translucent. Wow, that’s awesome!

I don’t really “need” another XBOX, but I sure as hell WANT this one!

About Sal

Well, I’ve been toying with the idea of a new blog for awhile now. My wife has wanted me to do this for several months. So I decided, why not? I’ve got tons of experience with Halo gaming and collecting. I think I have something to offer to the greater Halo fan community. So I’m starting this blog. Posts along the way will be about tips and tricks in the games as well as collecting. I’ll also repost interesting articles from official sites, such as Halowaypoint.com, or fan sites such as HaloCollectors.com. A note about HaloCollectors. I’m a staff writer there, as well as global moderator and the official Mega Bloks reviewer for that site. As far as the games go, I’ve played Halo 3 since it came out until Reach was released. I loved Halo3: ODST and though it was underrated by many. I love Halo Reach and am already an Inheritor, having attained that rank in July, 2011. I know many of the tips and tricks on how to boost commendations in Campaign and Firefight. And yes in Matchmaking, but I prefer to go about those correctly and not cheat the system. As I develop this blog, I hope to help gamers who want advice on the games, as well as any collectors with regards to where to find collectibles as well as deals, coupons and so on. You can also follow me on Twitter at: http://twitter.com/#!/HaloFanForLife or Facebook at: http://www.facebook.com/halofanforlife11. These are both new as well, so there isn’t much if anything at those page for the moment. However there will be and each of these three outlets will have similar information, though not the same, so be sure to follow them all. Welcome to my blog and I hope you’ll come back again and again. -Sal

  1. Man, this Halo 4 looks awesome! Do you have to buy the controllers seperatly from the console? I would love to sell my old Xbox and get this one. Very nice.

    • Looks like you have to buy the controllers seperately. The $399 pricetag is little more than what you’d pay for the XBOX 360 with the 320GB harddrive itself.
