As you’ve probably heard, Xbox is launching an exciting new rewards feature to the Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer experience: the Requisition System! The Requisition System allows players to earn cool new gear in the form of REQ Packs. Mega Bloks is very proud to announce we have partnered with 343 Industries to offer redeemable REQ Pack codes in specially marked products from our 2015 line.

Some of you have already noticed the “Halo 5: Guardians REQ Pack Downloadable Content” sticker that’s started to appear on our packaging. We know you have questions. But have no fear—we’ve got answers!

What is a REQ Pack?
The Requisition System (REQ System) is the new multiplayer rewards system in Halo 5: Guardians.  The Requisition System rewards players with REQ Points earned through gameplay, which can be used to redeem for REQ Packs.

REQ Packs are a bundle of random, digital goods in the form of unlockable weapons, armors, skins, vehicles, assassination animations and more that players can use in the Arena and Warzone multiplayer modes.

What does it mean?
Each Mega Bloks Halo product with this sticker (seen below) indicates that this box contains a redeemable code card. Each card contains ONE redeemable 5×5 code that you can use to turn in at the Xbox Store to redeem for a single Halo 5: Guardians REQ Pack.

How & when can I redeem my code?
You can redeem your card as soon as you open your box! The code will be on the back. There is no need to wait for Halo 5: Guardians’ October 27th release to use your REQ Pack redeemable code. Actually, it is recommended that you redeem your code as soon as possible as to avoid problems with misplacing or losing your code card. Be aware that you will need to purchase the game, have an active Live Gold account, and have broadband Internet to be able to use this card (it cannot be used in previous versions of Halo games).

On which items can I find a sticker?
Only certain Mega Bloks Halo products will have the  “REQ Pack Downloadable Content” code card. The following products have a chance to contain the  “REQ Pack Downloadable Content” sticker: the Banshee Strike, the UNSC Attack Gausshog, the Phaeton Gunship, the Scorpion’s Sting, and the UNSC Vulture Gunship.

To receive a box with a redeemable code, you MUST make sure that the “REQ Pack Downloadable Content” sticker in on the outside of the box! It is possible that the products listed above will be available for purchase without the sticker and code, so make sure that you double-check for the sticker!
