And on with the pics! (Click pics to make BIGGER)

The packaging is fairly standard. Which is to say it looks nice. A large window shows off the entirety of the contents. Of all the four figures in this first series of 6.5 figs, I think Chief looks the best in package. This is likely due to the green graphics and yellow-orange background that both relate to Chief’s armor/visor.

Included with the figure are an MA40 Assault Rifle, MK50 Sidekick (pistol). The AR has gone through some minimal changes from Halo 5 Guardians, while the Sidekick is an all new pistol to the series. I’m looking forward to trying that gun out in-game. I like that both accessories are two-toned. Nice touch.

The code card gives you a WCT armor coating for Halo Infinite. From what I understand, you can only redeem this code once. Meaning, if you buy other 6″ Halo figs, you won’t be able to redeem those codes if you’ve already redeemed one as the armor coating is the same. However, feel free to give those codes to your friends! To redeem the code from Wicked Cool Toys Halo line, go HERE. Watch my social accounts on twitter and instagram for Code giveaways in the very near future!

Also included are several hands. These are very easy to pop off and switch. So, no worries there. I do like that WCT made the decision to do this now instead of later down the line. Whether you use them or not, they do add value to the set. Not to mention, you can interchange them with other Spartans in the series.
The pic below is a bit bright. The green in them is actually darker in person.

Chief can easily hold the Sidekick. WCT has done an excellent job of making sure figures can hold their weapons. This is a marked improvement over previous licensees in the past which sometimes had difficulty in doing so properly.

Orthogonal views of the Chief. If you want to get a good look at how Master Chief will appear in Infinite, click on this pic to make bigger. (Just ignore the joint holes in the elbow and knee areas)

As with the other Spartans in this series, Chief can stow a weapon on his back, via a small peg.

Articulation is fantastic. I like that between the 6″ Spartan Series and the World of Halo line, the articulation is virtually the same. Chief looks like he’s giving out orders, while also ready to fire his AR at a moment’s notice!

Here’s a look at one of the fists included. Here Chief is halting his troops. Perhaps he sees Banished on the horizon? Or maybe he thinks someone is looking at him?????

Move forward! I like this hand variant.

Evaluation
Sculpt: Superb! You really get the full look at how Chief will look in Infinite. 10 of 10 medals!
Articulation: This figure has plenty of articulation that will be considered standard with WCT Halo humanoid figures. The only small issue I have is that the elbow and knee joints are not so well hidden. I’d have liked for them to be colored the same as the armor. That’s minor though. 9 out of 10 medals
Paint Application: The figure has some varying levels of silver wash over it. A prominent black blast mark on his chest stands out. Other than that there are some smaller sections with black and grey paint. I like that the visor is metallic. And of course, let’s not forget the “117” in white on Chief’s chest as well. The weapons are both two-toned in color as mentioned earlier in the review. 10 of 10 medals.
Accessories: The AR is very nice. I’m really liking the Sidekick. I definitely appreciate that they have two colors applied to them instead of being just one matte color. 9 out of 10 medals
Playability: It’s Chief! Nuff said! Okay, but seriously, with the amount of articulation the figure has, two accessories, the ability to stow both weapons, what’s not to love? 10 of 10 medals.
Overall: 48 medals out of a total 50 medals.

Do I recommend this product? If you only get one of the 6″ Sparan Series of figures, Master Chief is most certainly the one to get. (Though I do recommend them all.) This figure will become iconic later on.
