By now you’ve seen the Brute leader from the Halo Wars 2 trailer. I posted this earlier this month.
What you may not have seen is a sculpted bust of the Brute leader. So let’s take a look, shall we?
He’s an ugly mug, isn’t he? Not the sculpt, the actual character. I like that he’s got a kind of Scottish/Viking feel to him. This may be an insight into his character.
As I posted earlier this month, Â there will be a Halo Monopoly game.At that time, I only had a graphic of the box. Now there are a few more images to share.
Now we see the board and the pieces.
Here’s a close up of the pieces. Which would you use? I’m partial to Chief’s helmet and the Warthog. BTW, the third one from left (between the energy sword and Chief’s helmet) is the Arbiter’s new helmet.

I am definitely getting this. Even if just to have as a collectible. However, I foresee this being part of the HFFL Halo LAN next year!!!
I don’t yet have the price nor availability. When I do, I’ll either update this article or post it later if the information is far removed from the date of this posting.

Forgive me that I can’t recall where this graphic came from. IIRC, it may be from Waypoint itself. Regardless, the question here is, who or what is the dark Promethean on the right of this image? It looks like another Soldier type, but more deadly.

The following were posted on NeoGaf. A friend of mine alerted me to these screenshots of what may be part of the User Interface (UI) of Halo 5 Guardians.
I make no claim that these are real, so take these with a grain of salt. I will say this, they don’t look bad and if they turn out to be the real deal, I’d be happy about it.
I definitely like the use of the Infinity. Though note that it’s being used here for multiplayer. I’m curious to see if the Infinity will play any key role in the campaign.

Hello my dear readers. I’ve been away from the blog for a little over a week now. Things happening in life took my attention away, but those had to be addressed.
As well, the last several days, I was plagued by a massive migraine headache. When I get those, I barely feel like doing anything.
So apologies to you al for not being here for a time. I’m getting back into the swing of it and will be catching up on a lot of Halo news that has happened since I previously posted.

The Steven Spielberg-produced Halo TV series is still alive at Showtime… Though it seems it still may not be seen for quite awhile.
Reports first surfaced back in May 2014 that Showtime was the potential home for the series — which itself was first announced by Spielberg in 2013Â and we then heard from Xbox shortly after that the series would debut fall 2015, alongside Halo 5 – though Showtime’s participation was never officially announced.
As per the title, this will be the third annual LAN. Details about the LAN/Party are as follows:
• Will be held at my home in Pittsburgh, PA.
• Admission is $10.
• This is a BYOC (Bring your own console-XBOX One) event. If you have a TV or monitor, please bring that too. Along with any associated wires to connect your box.
• There will be a Free For All Tournament with prizes. Prizes at this moment are still to be determined. Waiting and hoping on the blog’s sponsors to respond.
• Food and Drink will be supplied. (This is part of the cost of admission)
• Door prizes for each attendees
• Fun little games (not just gaming no the XB1)
• Show and tell – Please bring a Halo item that you either think is rare or that you personally really enjoy and share how you got it, where at, etc.
• Will run from noon until at least 10pm. Later if we so choose.
• We will be going to my local Primate Bros restaurant afterwards. (A LAN tradition)
If you plan on attending, please contact my by e-mail for instructions to my home if you are driving. If you are flying in, e-mail me with your flight info so I can arrange to pick you up from the airport.

EB Games (of Australia) has a listing for a Halo edition of Monopoly. It’s up for pre-order now and will sell for $68 Aussie dollars. This will release in Nov this year. It’s also listed as being exclusive to EB Games. (The image above is likely not the final box version.)
We in the states know that EB Games and Gamestop are one in the same now. I did a little looking around and couldn’t find a listing for this anywhere else but in Australia.
I do hope this comes to the rest of the world. I’d like to play this. I wonder what would be used for houses though, or if they will still be the same as the standard game??

Um, okay, WOW! The new maps look GREAT! The new invis is very cool. And that kicking motion with Spartan Charge? YES! And holy crap, the ways you can get around some maps! LOTs of venues you wouldn’t normally think of. Â Plaza looks visually VERY appealing. And the changes to Eden are fantastic!x
