HFFL<\/strong><\/span> has been promoting the LAN for a few weeks now. In that short time, I got 26 registrations. Not too bad considering the limited time.<\/p>\n

During this time I also contacted several Halo licensees to see if they’d donate prizes. Door prizes and prizes for the Free-For-All tournament that is part of the LAN.<\/p>\n

MEGA Brands, makers of Halo MEGA Bloks answered the call!!<\/p>\n

Everyone coming to the LAN with paid admission will receive the Halo minifigure exclusive. So far it’s only been given out at San Diego Comicon, with expectations of it likely being given away at New York Comicon as well.<\/p>\n

In addition to that, the top three finishers in the FFA tourney will receive prizes.
\nThese are:
\n1st place: one each of the Halo Mega Bloks Night Ops Gauss Hog<\/a> and Anti Armor Cobra<\/a> (total value approx $83 before tax)
\n2nd place: Mega Bloks Anti Armor Cobra<\/a> (approx value $50)
\n3rd place: Mega Bloks Night Ops Gauss Hog<\/a> (approx value $33)<\/p>\n
