This year, we grabbed designers, producers, a Hoberman and threw them onto a panel, grabbed some in-house professional Halo players and threw \u2018em on a truck with original Xbox consoles and TVs, brought Halo: The Master Chief Collection (for your eyes only), and we flew down some exclusive gear. A few weeks later, we were in Austin and ready to party with all of you.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nRTX is a special event for many reasons, most notably that nearly every attendee is a Halo fan. As a result, it\u2019s easy to strike up conversation with just about anyone, and easy to make way too many new friends. We\u2019d like to thank each and every one of you who came to our panel, stopped by our booth, checked out Halo: The Master Chief Collection, or bought some RTX 2014-exclusive gear. It was quite a celebration, and we cannot wait to see everyone again next year, hopefully sooner, as we\u2019ve got a few stops left on this tour. If you\u2019re reading this and you still haven\u2019t made it out to RTX, make sure you come next year, otherwise you\u2019ll have to pay the price of reading my synopsis and seeing all the cool pictures once again, knowing that could\u2019ve been you.<\/p>\n<p>RTX 2014 allowed for some pretty fantastic moments and memories. A bridge huh? Hmm, I se plenty of possibilities with this piece. Depending on the width of the bridge, I can see it being turned on it&#8217;s side and used for wall in Halo 2 Anniversary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s a quick bit about the above vehicle access bridge:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;This vehicle access bridge is a common addition to the UNSC\u2019s Spartan training grounds, located on various worlds across the galaxy.\u00a0Inspired by the rugged, utilitarian design of deploy-able, reinforced bunkers and forward bases, these bridges are constructed to withstand the harshest of UNSC training settings.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll have more panels, multiplayer goodies, and walkthroughs for Halo: The Master Chief Collection in the near future. Here\u2019s the latest:<\/p>\n<p>Oddball is back as our featured playlist! Whether you\u2019re still on the hunt for the Oddball Victory Commendation, or you just wanna play some good ol\u2019 fashioned keep away with your friends, make sure you hop in the playlist before July 21.<\/p>\n<p>A few weeks ago, we were brainstorming about new game types for the SWAT playlist, and we realized that \u201cSWAT Magnums,\u201d a popular SWAT gametype of old, was not yet playable in Halo 4. Those are the only two weapons I still need to master. I rarely ever use them, out side of the Plasma Pistol in Action Sack, specifically Paintball.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Lastly, due to community feedback, Halo 4\u2019s Proving Ground playlist no longer features a motion tracker, and only \u201cno radar\u201d game types.
