Hello again folks. Just wanted to give out a reminder of the HFFL Charity and LAN fundraiser.<\/p>\n

We’ve stalled at $400. The goal is $2,000 and time is running short. The 2nd annual HFFL LANstravaganza is on AUG 16. That is also the last day for fundraising for this charity.<\/p>\n

The way this fundraiser is working is 50\/50 up to $2,000. Any thing above that goes fully to the charity. The reason for the 50\/50 split for up to the first $2,000 is that I need to raise funds for the LAN. Since I’m expanding it by 5 hours and having it at my home instead of at the LAN center, it’s much more expensive. As I’m unfortunately without work, this becomes near impossible for me to do on my own. Believe me, had I the money, I’d make it free to attend.<\/p>\n

It’s my hope that you find my blog entertaining, informative and more that you’d be willing to donate. However much is up to you. Every and any bit helps. This isn’t for HFFL alone. In fact I do note seek anything beyond the money needed for the LAN. Should we fall short of the $2,000 goal, the donations will still be split 50\/50. All donations received between now and Aug 16 will automatically be applied to the fundraiser.<\/p>\n
