Mega Bloks revealed via their Instagram page the next series of blind pack figures. This is the Bravo Series (The second series with the new articulated figures).Take a look and let me know what you think about the selection of figures as well as the rarity of each.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>This Common<\/strong> Flood Elite with Guilty Spark and Common<\/strong> Halo 2 Marine are EXCELLENT choices. Not just for the timing of the Halo Master Chief Collection, but also due to fan demand for Guilty Spark. I’ve seen some great custom Sparks, but Mega’s is by far the best. A Halo 2 Marine that is common should make this easy to army build. I DO think that Guilty Spark should have been the ultra rare in this series. After all he’s one of a kind. (I’m not talking about the other Halo monitors, just Spark himself).

\n<\/a>A Common<\/strong> Grunt and Rare<\/strong> Skirmisher are shown in the second pic. As a fan of Skirmishers, I’m ecstatic to have this one in this series. That it’s a higher ranked one is even better! I don’t mind the rarity with these.\"R
\n<\/a>Now the Rare<\/strong> Elite Ranger is VERY welcome. I was hoping for a removable helmet with this one, but I’ll take this version (and be very happy about it). I won’t build an army of the Common<\/strong> NMPD officers. However, for those people who DO like that sublime, scoring a common NMPD Officer will be appreciated.\"C<\/a>Now here is my one complaint in this series. Not the choice of figures which are a Common<\/strong> HAZOP Spartan and an Ultra Rare<\/strong> Brute Minor (Reach style). It’s the fact that the Brute is the Ultra Rare in this series. Really Mega? The Brute is an ARMY Building figure! I want no less than 10 (But hoping for 25) of those figures. Now I’m likely going to have to settle for less. Sigh….This is one decision I’m just perplexed by. The only reason I can think of the Brute being chosen as the Ultra Rare is due to paint application. As you know, the Covenant figs do NOT have the new articulation and removable armor. This means details have to be painted on, which make those figures more expensive to produce.\u00a0
\n<\/a><\/p>\n

Still, consider the Skirmisher. It’s Rare, yet seems to have at least the same if not MORE paint application than the Brute. SO perhaps those two should have switched in rarity.<\/p>\n

I said at the beginning that I felt that Guilty Spark should have been the Ultra Rare. I still stick by that. One reason is that I can see packages of Sparks flooding (pun intended) toy aisles. Those Brutes would have sold very well as commons or rares.<\/p>\n

To late for a change now…So PLEASE anyone who can help, I’ll be happy to pay for the figure and shipping if you find the Brute.<\/p>\n

No word yet on the ‘secret’ figures in this series.<\/p>\n
