Download and matchmaking waiting times aside, the HMCC looks Spectacular! I’m in Halo CE Anniversary’s campaign and WOW do the graphics pop more and the movement is much more crisp!<\/p>\n
I’m currently playing all of the campaigns in order. \u00a0I’m not trying to get the skulls or terminals just yet. I just want to complete the campaigns. There are a TON of achievements with completing them.<\/p>\n
I did jump into Halo 2 Anniversary’s Forge for a bit and WOW the palette of items is superb! LOTS of natural pieces including hills, cliffs, several different types and sizes of trees, land coverage… Some buildings and other items also have mirrored versions of themselves which is EXTREMELY welcome, IMO.<\/p>\n
I haven’t yet gone into matchmaking and won’t for awhile while I enjoy the campaigns again. After I finish all of the campaigns, I’ll go back in and get the skulls, terminals, toys, etc. In between I’ll be spending a good bit of time in H2A Forge. By then the Beta should be close. I’ll be living in that playlist for those 3 weeks!<\/p>\n
Then I’ll start into multiplayer. I figure with the issues going on now, by then they should be fixed. Not to mention, those really good players will have ranked up a bit and I won’t have to face them right off the bat. It’ll give me a better chance to rank up to my true skill rank.<\/p>\n
I’ll be posting an article tomorrow regarding my woes of downloading the HMCC. For now though, I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt what with tons of people downloading and playing at the same time. I just want to keep any negativity down. We need to support Halo, not tear it down.<\/p>\n
