I\u00a0removed the color background and sword.<\/p>\n<p>What I want YOU folks to do is color in the art and add an energy sword for the Arbiter. I&#8217;ll feature entries on the blog (nothing vulgar folks). The winner will receive the newly released &#8216;Halo Broken Circle&#8217; novel.
