Long time readers will know that I am a HUGE fan of Concept Art. I love to see where ideas have sprung from before they are polished to the final product. The following are FINE examples of such work!<\/p>\n

The richness of colors in this pieces brings a lot of depth to the art.\"H5-Guardians-Concept-Campaign-Battle-Of-Sunaion-Core-jpg\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Locke looks really menacing is this pieces. There’s a good contrast here of light and dark.\"H5-Guardians-Concept-Campaign-Battle-Of-Sunaion-Firestorm-jpg\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The light almost pastel colors here add to a mystical grandeur of this view.\"H5-Guardians-Concept-Campaign-jpg\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Why are interior shots always dark? LOL. In any case, this seems very foreboding.\"H5-Guardians-Concept-Fathom-Depths-jpg\"<\/a><\/p>\n

ODSTs? Nope, it’s Fireteam Osiris!\"H5-Guardians-Concept-Kamchata-Skyfall-jpg\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Lava environments have become a new staple in Halo.\"H5-Guardians-Concept-Meridian-Delve-jpg\"<\/a>\"H5-Guardians-Concept-Sanghelios-Sanctuary-jpg\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Is that a craft at top right or a building? It’s massive, whatever it is.\"H5-Guardians-Concept-Sanghelios-Stonebound-jpg\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I really like this one. tan tones mixed in with industrial ones as well. A good contrast. This appears to be a concept of the War Zone map shown.\"H5-Guardians-Concept-Warzone-Escape-From-ARC-Exodus-jpg\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Pretty cool piece here. Is that a Colony ship? Given it’s size, I’d say so. Not the size of the Spirit of Fire of course.\u00a0\"H5-Guardians-Concept-Warzone-Escape-From-ARC-Up-And-Out-jpg\"<\/a><\/p>\n

And once again, Banshees take to the skies. This is one the War Zone map. Those teal-greenish barriers are tall ‘walls’ meant to keep the players within the map space. Kind of looks like an ocean being kept at bay, doesn’t it?\"IMG_2498\"<\/a>-Sal<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
