<\/a> <\/p>\nNow this one I can’t wait to explore. Early rumors have it that we won’t be able to customize separate pieces of armor. Meaning, you can’t choose different shoulders, chest plate, etc. Rather as the rumor says, you will only be able to pick your helmet, and then the rest as an armor set. That I hope is not true. Part of the fun of making your own spartan is the flexibility of customizing yours spartan. Limiting those options will make it much easier for there to be duplicates of your spartan out there. We will have to wait and see. But the UNSC? Oh hells yeah! Bottom left, we see the option to have end sprint or maintain sprint. This I assume to mean that we can have sprint on for as long as it last or to stop sprinting when we choose. This is a little confusing. So I can’t wait to see this explained.<\/a>Another pretty standard settings screen. Oh…but wait… MUSIC, Effects, and Voiceover volume controls? As well as MP chatter?? YES! The option to reduce specific sounds independently will be VERY welcomed. I know that I’ll likely drop music way down or off (not the first run through of the campaign mind you, but afterwards). Voice over? Yeah, that will drop a little. It’s the MP chatter that I’m most looking forward to dropping in volume. If I’m gaming with a bunch of buddies, I want to hear THEM, not the infused chatter. The only major benefit IMO of the MP chatter is to let us know when heavy weapons are about to spawn in. The rest of it though? Meh.<\/a>And… as I mentioned above, this screen below is helping to solidify the rumor of limited armor customization. I do hope that when you click on the armor tab, it then gives you more options, such as shoulders, chest, forearms, legs.<\/a>As for your spartan ID, the stance comes back. I’m okay with that. I’m going to guess that with the assassination tab that you can either pick to show the animation or not. If you choose to show it, you then have options to show which animation you want, depending on what you’ve unlocked via REQ cards.<\/a>Hmmm, now we see that weapons skins will be more limited in the types of weapons that are skinned. I’m actually okay with this. I don’t at all mind Covie weapons not having skins, nor Promethean weapons. After all, the Covies are systematic and with a rare exception, wouldn’t think to have custom skins. The Prometheans of course are using weapons from 100,000 years ago. As well, since they are basically cyborgs, they wouldn’t really be of mind to want skins.<\/p>\n<\/a>Again, take these screens with a grain of salt.
