We know you\u2019re excited to finally get your hands on\u00a0Halo 5: Guardians<\/em>\u00a0on October 27, and we wanted to make sure you\u2019re ready to jump in right away. If you\u2019ve digitally pre-ordered\u00a0Halo 5: Guardians<\/em>\u00a0on your Xbox One before September 21 and are NOT using Instant On power mode, you may still have an incorrect \u201cstub file\u201d for the title, which is simply a placeholder file. Players that have this particular version of the stub file will be required to delete it, and reinstall the title.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve pre-ordered on or after September 21, you should be ready to download the necessary updates as they become available. Once these updates have been installed, you\u2019ll then be able to play Halo 5: Guardians. If you\u2019re unsure if you\u2019ve got this particular stub file, here\u2019s how you can check:<\/p>\n
