\nHere is one of the card backs. (They change slightly only to remove the carded figure’s pic with another one.) In the case below, this was the Ripa Moramee card. Note that Mega has gone to printing only black ink on the card back and not using a gloss finish. This is no doubt a cost saving measure. I don’t mind as we typically do not display carded figures with the card backs visible.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

There is a built-in tab on the plastic bubble of each package to allow it to be pulled away from the card. This, so you can easily remove the figure and the rest of the package’s contents.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Each carded figure comes with a figure stand the same as below. The exception is the corresponding character name on each stand blok.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

This insert sheet comes with each figure. It’s the same for all, no specific printing for certain characters.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Now let’s take a look at the figures!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ripa ‘Moramee<\/strong>
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The Ripa ‘Moramee figure is the same as the regular (Thel ‘Vadaam) Arbiter figure. The only difference is the color of the armor and undersuit.\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

As you can see, Ripa comes with not one but TWO energy swords. AND, they are printed on both sides to give it that energy effect!\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Spartan Operator<\/strong>
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Okay, I’m going to be upfront and say I’m very partial towards this figure. Why? Well, it has very similar colors and deco to Iron Man of which I’m a HUGE fan of. This figure also looks much like my in-game Reach Spartan (sans helmet).
\nOf note here is the hole in front of the Spartan Laser. You can insert (not included with this figure) a rod to make it look like it’s firing a laser. I do wish Mega would have included that here.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The figure can hold the Laser quite well with both hands!\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Here’s a better and more close-up shot of the laser. Be sure to click on the pic to see it even BIGGER! Lots of great details here for an accessory of such a small size. Mega did a fantastic job of printing on it. This, considering the Spartan Laser is only about 1 1\/2 inches long.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Spartan CQC<\/strong>
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I’m going to call this one the “hidden” gem of this wave. We have NEVER<\/strong> had a Spartan in this deep chocolatey brown color. In fact, the last time we got any figure in that color of brown, it was an flood figure back in the Delta blind bag series in 2016.
\nThe next time we even get close to this color is back in 2014. Again, another flood figure. This time a Flood tank form. So THIS Spartan is VERY unique for the color<\/strong>. One that I HIGHLY recommend getting!
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

He comes with a Concussion Rifle. That conical piece in the middle is inserted into the gun and actually rotates!\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Here’s “Hershey” (My name for him and kind of an RvB vibe to it) in orthogonal views. Man, I just love this color!\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

ODST Lang<\/strong>
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Lang is yet another member of Fireteam Raven from the arcade game of the same name.
\n\"\"<\/a> \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Ava Lang, a Chicago born member, of the UNSC ODST Fireteam Raven squad is an explosive and demolitions expert.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Lang comes with a Pistol, though in game she is known for using an Assault rifle.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

It should be noted that Mega used it’s standard ODST figure for her. In fact, she has quite unique armor for an ODST as seen below from an reference shot of the character. The biggest thing missing is her very unique backpack. This is something, I feel, Mega should have included with the figure.

Master Chief (Overshield effect)<\/strong>\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

WOW!<\/strong> This is one version of Chief we haven’t had yet. First off, I LOVE the translucent green of the armor, but then you long time readers know that already as I always point out that I love see through toys. There’s also this veiny type printing on the armor to show that it’s an overshield.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Chief comes with a standard Assault Rifle.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Just had to show another view of Chief. Man, I love this effect! Under the right lighting this figure GLOWS!
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Last but most certainly NOT least the…<\/p>\n

Remnant Hunter!<\/strong>
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Okay, first off, how cool is it that Mega put this large beast in a single card for the SAME price as a regular sized figure?! It’s no wonder that it’s the hardest to find of any figure from this wave.<\/p>\n

I LOVE the color of this figure. It could easily count as a Banished Hunter, even if not the exact same. That deep maroon\/blood color fits well.
\nIn the package you get the figure, a base and a small bag of pieces that are the Hunter’s back spikes, additional armor and translucent green fuel cells.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Here’s the completed figure! Just plain AWESOME!\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Okay…one more, one more shot! LOL. This time in comparison with Chief. Man, that’s one big fig!

And finally, the whole of Halo Heroes series 11.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Summary:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>There is next to no build time with these figures as it’s just the stand to put together for the most part. Series 11 has a great selection of characters from Halo lore as well as two basic (but not really) Spartans.<\/p>\n

Overall Rating:\u00a0I give Series 11 a 9.3 out for 10 medals as a whole.
\n<\/strong><\/span>Why did I give series 11 a 9.3 out of 10?
\n<\/strong>I gave a rating for each figure, then averaged the final tally. Below are my ratings per figure.
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ripa ‘Moramee<\/strong>
\nRipa as mention is the same figure as the Arbiter but with different color of armor and undersuit as well as coming with two energy swords. It’s a good figure. As the Arbiter has been made very frequently as of late, this one isn’t as spectacular as it could have been, had it been released earlier or much later. Timing is everything. That said, I still think this figure is a very worth addition to one’s collection. I give it 9 out of 10 medals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Spartan Operator<\/strong>
\nOkay, I am a little bias here as I’m fond of the colors since they are similar to Iron Man. So putting that aside, the figure itself is nicely done. The Spartan Laser has some fantastic printing on it. For one of the non-named figures, this one is really nice. I give it 10 of 10 medals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Spartan CQC<\/strong>
\nI think it was VERY smart of Mega to make a Spartan in a color we’ve not seen before. This one really is special to me, even for it being a “basic” spartan.
\nAs I mentioned earlier, I think it’s the hidden gem of this series. I think it’s almost sad that people aren’t buying it as much as the others. Their going to find out it’s unique later on and likely be upset with themselves for passing on it, when they can’t find it anymore.
\n10 or 10 medals<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

ODST Lang<\/strong>
\nThis is my only slight disappointment with this series. Lang has some unique armor that should have been created here. I understand why they didn’t as they can’t really use that armor again with another “standard” ODST figure. That the packaging doesn’t include her unique backpack as well is a let down. Also, she should have an Assault Rifle, not a pistol. As a toy, she works well, but as an equivalent to the in-game model, she’s lacking. I have to give it an unfortunate 7 of 10 medals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Master Chief (Overshield effect)<\/strong>
\nThough we often get Chief, this one really stands out from previous versions with it’s exciting translucent green Overshield effect.
\nMega has found yet another way to get Chief into our hands, yet make him quite different enough to want to own. The included assault rifle has a nice paint application to it as well. 10 of 10 medals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Remnant Hunter<\/strong>
\nFirst, there is NO WAY, I could give this anything less than a 10. It’s a BIG<\/strong> figure for the SAME<\/strong> price as the regular sized figures. So the value already puts it there as a 10. That this is a Warzone ranked variant color is even better. If I could give it an 11 or 12, I would. But as I hold myself to my own ranking, I have to keep it real and settle on 10 of 10 medals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Total 57 of 60 medals. <\/strong>For an average of\u00a09.3 of 10 Medals <\/strong>for the complete series.
\nWere you to take Lang out of the equation, then the series would be 49 or 50 medals for a whopping 9.8 medals overall.<\/p>\n

Let me break down my opinion of the value of this set. (In US dollars)<\/span>
\n<\/strong>\u2022 Each figure with one of the weapons each $4 each<\/strong> (with exception to the Hunter). This mainly due to paint deco.
\n\u2022 The Remnant Hunter I value at $7<\/strong>.
\n\u2022 The stand I put at 50 cents<\/strong>.
\nTOTAL: $4.50 (before tax and in U.S. dollars) Or $7.50 for the Hunter.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The price of $5 (average retail U.S. price) is just slightly over that. Since each figure comes on it’s own specific printed card with corresponding character artwork, I can waive the 50 cents difference in light of that.
\nWith regards to the Hunter, it’s a fantastic value!<\/p>\n

Do I recommend it?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>YES! Halo Heroes is one of the very few things I collect both a carded and another to open. These IMO, are highly collectible, especially if kept in the package. While the Hunter is the bargain, all the figures are well done. Again, there’s the hidden gem of that Chocolate color Spartan!<\/b>
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
