Just yesterday (7-1-2020) Mega finally released images and information with regards to their Summer Halo lineup. (I’d have posted it yesterday, but I’m during a kidney stone that has had me laid up for 3 days straight. In fact, I’m posting this in between when I normally take pain meds, so I can get this out to you all in a timely fashion. Pain be damned!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Warthog set comes with 4 figures. Chief, a Marine and 2 Jackals “Freebooters”. Of note with the warthog is the new suspension. Just look at the under front of the warthog to see what I mean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Jackals look to be to similar to the Bungie era Jackals. More bird like and less dinosaur like of the latter 343 era. I’m loving the detail on the Marine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is an alternate build to this set as you can see below. Now you can make the Warthog a boat as well as have pieces left over for a jet pack for Chief. No word if these are in-game assets or just Mega having liberties with their build. Either way, it’s pretty cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
