Golden Warthog, Red Energy Sword and Heretic Banshee? OH MYYYYY

Greenskull from RUL post a vid showing some of the cool new objects in Halo 2 Anniversary’s Forge. My personal favorite is the Golden Warthog. I’ve been trying for YEARS to convince Mega Bloks to make this a set. Perhaps NOW with it being in Forge, they’ll do it….

Here are some clipped screenshots from the video (as always, click pics to make bigger):

First the vaulted Golden Warthog. Only seen in a billboard ad in Halo 2, we will FINALLY be able to have it as a drivable vehicle in Halo. As I made mention at the beginning, I’ve been trying for YEARS to get Mega Bloks to make this into a set. Perhaps now, they will be convinced of it’s merit as a set…We’ll have to wait and see on that.Golden Warthog 2Golden Warthog 3
The Red energy sword is new for forge. Note the clipped screen calls is an “Infected Energy Sword”.Infected Energy Sword

The Heretic Banshee is VERY cool, IMO. I love the almost skeletal look of the top of it.

The in-use version below really makes the Heretic Banshee come to life. Love those Purple lights on it!

The last two clipped screens are two respective Halo 2 Anniversary Forge loading screens. First up is Nebula, followed by Awash.

It’s getting SO close. I am just DYING to play this game!!!!!
