Hmm, so I wonder what this may mean? Locke is suiting up?
The start of Hunt the Truth season 2?
Count me intrigued!

Hello friends! PAX Prime is upon us, which means that we’ve got long days and long nights ahead, and hope to spend many of them with many of you. Due to the holiday weekend, we’ve got a quick update this week, but we’ll talk about a new Halo 5 Arena map, the latest MCC playlist update, and more.
Before we move on, just yesterday, we brought Halo 5: Guardians to the ID@Xbox event at the Xbox HQ in Redmond, and it was a pleasure having some of you join us for the pre-PAX festivities. If you joined, you were likely able to snag some game time, plus limited edition Chief & Locke posters and pins from Frankie and Josh Holmes as well. We hope you had a great time, and we thank you for spending your evening with us. Let’s do it again some time.
Speaking of, we want to hook some Halo fans up with some last minute, surprise PAX badges. Whether you’re local to Seattle, or are willing to hop on a plane in a moment’s notice, just reply to the below on Twitter. We’ll be selecting and contacting winners this evening. Continue reading
Friday and Saturday I took it easy as Friday was my birthday and I opened up some of my presents on Saturday. I received some Halo Mega Bloks sets on Friday that I worked furiously on building yesterday along with taking plenty of pics for reviews.
I have FOUR of these in the works! I may have one of those up today. Definitely tomorrow!
The four sets are:
• Banshee
• Gausshog
• Scorpion
• UNSC Firebase
The Firebase set will also include an additional custom to it, not included with the set. I’ll point that out very specifically.
Also, Halo Cosplay, news from Halo Waypoint, and more incoming. Stay tuned!
-Sal
I’ll have more details on this either tomorrow or Saturday. I need to get a little more information.
A hint, learn what you can of Halo Mega Bloks sets that pertain specifically to Halo 5.

Welcome back oh ye folk who favor fiction, and thanks for joining us for another lovingly-crafted issue of Canon Fodder. Last week, we not only took a look at a couple new playspaces in Halo 5: Guardians, but we also promised you a look back on Halo: Hunters in the Dark, a recent addition to the Halo fiction penned by Peter David. And you know me, when I make a girl a promise, I always try to keep it. So this week let’s dive a bit deeper into the latest full-length Halo novel, and revisit the recovering surface of Installation 00. Continue reading The following is a reblog form Halo Waypoint:

With less than 10 weeks until the launch of Halo 5: Guardians, teams across the studio are working hard to put the final polish on maps, levels, animations, UI, and plenty more. Final decisions are being made on game settings, sandbox balance, and more. Personally, I walk around the studio (appearing as if I’m searching for something or someone very important), peeking over desks, and getting way too excited about things like new armor, Forge tools, and more yet-to-be-revealed goodness. To keep said goodness going, our beloved admin team hosted a studio-wide dinner featuring the rare but ever-popular breakfast for dinner offering, which lead to smiles, copious amounts of peanut-butter-Nutella-bacon pancakes, and (unsurprisingly) full stomachs all around. Only later did we realize that this effort was a ploy to confuse the studio about the time of day. Said ploy was successful. Thinking it was morning, some of us went back to work. Most of us passed out with food comas. Continue reading

Greetings to all, and thanks for stopping by this week! Previously we covered a few of the many bases that games com brought along. Now that the Deutschland dust has settled around these parts, heads are back down for the final push towards the launch of Halo 5: Guardians. In the coming months we’ll be beginning to ramp up our primer coverage of the next big chapter in the Halo universe, and we’ll have plenty of inside looks at new lore that I’m pretty sure fiction fans will pretty very excited to see. This week we’ve got a new glimpse at the lore for two new War Games playspaces, and a couple community queries to clear up. Read on! Continue reading
