Whew, after experimenting with script within WordPress, I’ve FINALLY been able to figure out how to get posts to show a summary then with a link to view the full post!

It took me having to crash my own homepage, calling tech support with my ISP (which they didn’t help with because they do not know WordPress), further searching, testing posts, etc.

Now I’ve finally got it down. So you won’t have to see HUGE walls of text/image galleries on the homepage. I can now finally show just the portion I want to on the home page and have it add a read more link so you can get to the rest of the article.

This has been something I’ve wanted to do for MANY months. Ah, finally success!!!
