Halo Reach Backwards Compatibility Teased!

A couple days ago, Phil Spencer was asked about Reach coming to the XBOX One. He didn’t respond with much only saying he’d like to see it come via BackCompat.

This however may be more cryptic than it may seem. He did say something relatively similar with regards to Halo Wars 2 and we’re getting that next year!

Reach came out 5 years ago just a few days ago. It would be nice to have had this for it’s 5 year anniversary. However, I’ll take it whenever, even if it’s next year or the year after. I personally enjoyed Reach. Really loved Firefight. I know that’s a mode many of you also want to come back to Halo.

I still have one more commendation in Fireefight to get to Onyx!

So what do you think? Would you like to see Reach be BackCompat? If so, what modes would you play? Campaign/Mulitplayer/Firefight? Forge?

I for sure would play the campaign and firefight. Likely some MP as well.

  1. I work at a printing company that did a display for xbone backwards compatibility. It had many different games on it. Halo Reach was one of those games. Dont know if that makes it true but it may fuel the fire.
