Looks like a smaller lineup for Halo Mega Bloks this year. Still pretty cool.
-The new Brute Chopper sure looks beefed up (strange inclusion of Kat though)
-The new UNSC artillery vehicle looks good but kinda bland IMO
-Cyclops 2.0 (I’m assuming it is) look really beefed up!
-The UNSC bike thing still looks a bit strange to me but it’s alright. New vehicles are always appreciated.
This isn’t all there will be. It’s just the Spring line-up, also doesn’t include exclusives.
• I am VERY happy we are getting an official Kat figure. Noble team will be complete!
• I kind of agree here. Though, if you do a search for the Fox Cannon, this vehicle does resemble that a bit.
• Yes indeed, those are new versions of Cyclops. I’m ecstatic for the added articulation. Though…this also means we’ll be getting 2-3 cyclops per year…EH….
• Yeah, whatever it’s called, it’s different from the normal UNSC aesthetic, but yes, new vehicles are always welcomed!
Oh. The video title says “Summer and Fall” so I thought this was all we were going to get this year.
The Kat figure looks great but you have to admit it’s weird to include her in a Brute Chopper set (assuming she is since her placement is right next to it).
I searched “Fox Cannon” and yeah, I would agree that this is probably the “official/modern/updated” version of it in the Halo universe.
Well the new Cyclops are definitely going to be more expensive than previous versions since they are bigger so I don’t think chances are high that there are going to be multiple versions of them as people are probably not going to spend as much on them.
Believe me, that is not all planned for this year. Kat coming with a chopper may seem strange, but then so is including Carter and Jun with Halo 4 style marines in a troop elephant. That’s THREE games covered in that set. Reach, Halo 4 and Halo Wars…LOL. If I recall, the new Cyclops sets will be around $20-25. The popularity of the new Cyclops is going to hinge a bit on if they are in a new Halo game. If they are in Halo Wars 2, then they should sell just fine. If not, then they are going to sit idly on shelves just as many of their predecessors did.
Is that the Fox Cannon?
Sure looks like it. The official name hasn’t been revealed yet. But given that it looks VERY similar, I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s it’s proper name.
