Halo Waypoint has released another in the entries of the Halo 4 Essential Visual Guide. This time it’s Jul ‘Mdama, the leader of the Storm faction of the Covenant.

To learn much more about Jul, especially regarding the events that lead UP to Halo 4, read the Kilo-5 trilogy. So far the first two books are out. Glasslands is the first, with The Thursday War being the second. The third book will be out in a scant few months.
