You may or may not have heard that RTX had to clear out yesterday before the evening festivities could occur. At first it was thought to be a fire in the building.

Then came word of a bomb threat. Really? Who the freak would do something like that? Can’t people just leave well enough alone? It’s a freakin’ geek convention for gawd sake…

Anyway, the RTX Guardians assembled, presumably to be debriefed on the situation.

If there is any more official new on this, I’ll pass it along. Thankfully, everyone at the con exited without incident (that has been reported).

I hope whoever did that prank is caught. Endangering the lives of others, regardless if there was a bomb or not is NOT funny. Someone could have gotten seriously hurt had there been a panic.
