Halo: The Master Chief Collection MJOLNIR edition!

Screw legendary edition, you can move right on up to the Mjolinir edition of the Master Chief Collection. Also a ‘Game’ (UK store) exclusive.

You get everything that comes in the limited edition…PLUS…the ArtFx Master Chief Statue!

HMCC mjolinir limitede edition HFFLOkay, seriously, if this isn’t available at a U.S. retailer 343 is likely to have a revolt on their hands. It would be absolutely ludicrous to have either/both exclusive to ‘Game’. As I said of the limited edition, it’s very near the same for this Mjolnir edition. ALL of we Halo fans should have the opportunity to buy this version. (And not have to do so by ordering from a UK store either)

This isn’t anything against the UK folks. This is squarely directed at 343. If they don’t already know that Game tweeted the info out and are not responding to undoubtedly U.S and other global fan outcry, then they are out of touch with their fans.

Again, I would find this VERY odd that it would only be for the UK. Instead of stringing us along like they did with Halo 4, 343 needs to be straight up and up front about this sort of stuff. Game has made their announcement. So too should 343. I’m betting they are waiting until Gamescon to make the official announcement. (Still a week and more away).

I just have to literally roll my eyes and shake my head at some of the decisions 343 makes. Sigh…Again, we’ll have to wait to hear the official news if either the limited and/or the Mjolnir editions will be available anywhere else than ‘Game’ in the UK.

  2. Hey Sal. I just want to inform you that This edition above should be available world wide, and according to Ducain, you get the map book and the grunt funeral skull from Pre-ordering at best buy. Also Game have confirmed that only the steelbook is exclusive to Game UK, making it a strong possibility that 343 might just include the map book with the normal copy of the game

    • Yeah, I’ve been reading the news on this.The map book is a nice addition. But man, I love those steel cases. I hope there is a Mjolnir edition for the States and elsewhere, even if it doesn’t come with the steel case.

  3. The only thing exclusive about this edition is the steelbook. You can get the Statue by itself and personally I do not think that the map booklet is anything special. Furthermore the skull will be unlocked for everyone after 1 month.

    • Yes, I already knew that. Though some, like myself, would really like to have the steel case. The map book can be had by pre-ordering at Best Buy. For convenience, getting the statue at the same time makes is a better purchase as well.
