Yesterday I received a box of the sets from Bandai, directly. When I was at New York Toy Fair back in February, I talked with all of the licensees of Halo products.

Bandai was one of them. The person I spoke to gave my contact info to another person within the company (keeping names confidential for obvious reasons-so they don’t get bombarded with people asking them for free stuff…).

This person contacted me to let me know they would gladly be sending me some Halo Sprukit sets. Of course I’m very grateful. When they said sets, I thought, well maybe I’d be lucky enough to get the small Master Chief and one of either Thorne or Palmer. Nope. Better yet, they sent me one of each of the sets currently out at retail.

So that means, I’ll be reviewing the following in the coming week to two:
• Master Chief
• Spartan Thorne
• Commander Palmer
• LARGE Master Chief

Whew, I’m excited to be able to build these. I haven’t built plastic models like this in a LONG time. This will bring me back to my childhood again for sure! And you’ll get to benefit from seeing the review of them. As usual, I’ll have product box shots, build pics along the way, and my commentary of the process along with any issues I may have during the build.
