A darkened image was released by Mega Bloks yesterday. A fan lightened it up to show that it was for a Halo set.
Well today, Mega Bloks showed the image without it being blackened.
This is all likelyhood is the box for the Signature series set for this year. The only revealed Forerunner/Promethean set for Halo 5 Guardians thus far has been the Phaeton, that I previewed here, back in February when I went to New York Toy Fair. Continue reading

A bud of my posted this link up recently. It got me nostalgic for the game.
If you’ve not seen this vid before, it’s of the E3 2007 demo for Halo Wars. The game released a little differently than what was shown.
Freshman Senator Andrew Del Rio wastes no time turning Biko into an anti-Chief campaign, but news from the Outer Colonies tells a very different story. With the truth about the Spartan program hanging in the balance, how far will ONI go to bury it?
HFFL: Okay WHAT? Del Rio? YES, THAT Del Rio, former CO of the UNSC Infinity is a Senator now? Oh cripes….

I really thought Ben was going to be killed in this episode. He took an awful risk going back to his apartment.
Hmm, so what is next? The HtT series will be wrapping up soon. What more can be revealed? What other treachery does ONI have planned???

Greetings! It’s a hot-dropping holiday around these parts as Halo 3: ODST is now available as part of Halo: The Master Chief Collection. It’s particularly cool for me as I remember extremely vividly waiting in line back in 2009 with GrimBrothers III & IV (the latter of which is the biggest helljumper fan I know), eager to get our hands on a brand new type of Halo experience. The Halo 3: ODST campaign is a particularly special experience for Halo fans – especially story lovers – as the game primarily is centered around its campaign, which in and of itself was a new experiment in the way that a Halo game story was told. Rather than being a completely linear “level-to-level” romp, the Halo 3: ODST campaign featured a bit more of a modular approach, with players getting to experience much of New Mombasa in a hub-style fashion, unlocking new areas to explore as they chose new missions to undertake. Even the order in which many of the missions were tackled was left largely up to the player. Another interesting aspect of the campaign was that the player got to take on the role of multiple different characters, depending on the mission chosen. Continue reading
Remnant Multiplayer Map FAQ
First introduced in “Halo 2” as “Relic,” the “Halo 2: Anniversary” multiplayer map “Remnant” is set on a large island on Installation 05 and is renowned for its expansive, asymmetrical level design, making it perfect for intense, sniper combat. Of course, this re-imagined version of the classic map sports its share of innovations.
The addition of the “Remnant” multiplayer map for Halo 2: Anniversary is available as a free update to all online players of Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
The “Remnant” multiplayer map is added to Halo: The Master Chief Collection via a free content update and is playable via the competitive multiplayer modes of Halo 2: Anniversary starting on May 30. Continue reading
