Here we are at the FOURTH of the SIX part Halo Mega Bloks Scarab toy review. This is Mega Bloks third Halo Signature series set and it’s largest to date.
Due to it’s very large piece count (3,340), and it’s size, I’ve broken down the review into 6 parts so that you can easily see/read/download the review

Mega Bloks Covenant Scarab: Set # 97964
Technical Specifications:
Build Time:Â 5 hours Sorting, 8 hours Building TOTAL 13 hours.
Set Piece Count:Â 3,340
Minifigs:Â 2x Jackal Snipers, Dark Blue Ascetic Elite, Dark Blue Commando Elite, Translucent-Blue Prophet of Regret
Weapons:Â Fuel Rod Gun, 2x Carbine, 2x Plasma Pistol, Energy Sword (My set had 4 Carbines in it.)
Accessories:Â Buildable translucent blue Prophet Chair
Special Features: Legs pivot front to back at the hip, cannon turns 360°, hatch lifts up (on upper body), removable roof for cockpit, 2 side compartment area hatches open/close, some articulation at front plasma cannon (mandibles)

The fifth and final part of Halo Nightfall is available to watch. I watched it very early this morning. Without giving anything away, I will say, I knew who would make it. It was apparent early on. Who stays behind, who dies. All of it made sense.
The issue with that is that it was too predictable.
Honestly, I don’t see how Nightfall plays into Locke becoming a Spartan. There is a sliver to get from this, but I won’t spoil that for you. Continue reading

I had intended to start a series of article today on a Halo project I am nearly finished with. However, today was a rough day, ‘in real life’ having to take my dog to the vet. She’s fine now. None the less it was a very taxing day on both my wife and I.
So I’ve decided to start the series tomorrow after I’ve had some good rest and can think a bit more clearly.

Man, would you look at all of that great Halo swag! On my wish list are three of the things talked about. The NECA 18in Master Chief, Halo Astro Headsets, and the HMCC Poster Art book.

We just released the Halo Championship Series Season 1 handbook, and we’re excited to share one of its key components – the HCS Points system. Each sanctioned HCS tournament will award points in addition to cash prizes. Depending on the type of event, size, and prize pool, tournaments will be grouped into different tiers, and offer a corresponding amount of points. Teams are awarded HCS Points depending on their placing at each of these events. Invitation to the Season 1 finals will be determined by the official HCS standings, which are based on HCS Points accumulated during Season 1.
