Halo Reach to be FREE! (Games with Gold)
Halo Reach will be free to download from September 16-30. This is absolutely the time to get the game. Even if you already have it on disc, the ability to switch to the game without having to load another disc makes this worth downloading.

It comes as no surprise that Lockout was another map chosen to be remastered. A favorite by many, this map may be the one that has had the most remakes. (official and otherwise)

Halo Escalation #9 is out today!
Issue #9 of Darkhorse’s Halo series, Escalation is out today.
You should be able to find it at your local comic book store. If not, then you can easily purchase it straight from Darkhorse in either the digital or hard copy format.
If you do have a comic shop nearby, I’d suggest buying it there first. Local stores need your business and most comic shops are small businesses.

Twitch is acquired by Amazon! (and how it relates to Halo)
I received a letter from Twitch’s CEO (all twitch users did). In it he let’s us know that Amazon has acquired Twitch. Below in his letter, follow by some more info form a Yahoo article.

Halo Escalation #12 cover revealed!
Darkhorse has revealed issue #12 of Escalation. In the foreground we see an Elite Minor (Halo 4 armor) piloting a Ghost. In the background it appears that there is a Spartan piloting another Ghost, given chase to the one in front.
All around them, there is what looks like a collapsing ground element. Is a planet being ripped apart?
Well, if you read the clue given in the description of the issue, that might be the case.

Last year I joined in the fundraiser for Extra Life, an organization aimed at helping kids in hospitals.
This year, I decided to make HFFL a TEAM instead of just me.
