Further thanks are due as I was told I am the first ‘press’ person to receive this set and noone will get it for roughly a month’s time. So this is the exclusive review that you can not find on any other site. (Please see statement at end of article).

Let’s get started with the review! Continue reading

The Reclamation Is At Hand

Nearly three years have passed since 343 Industries released Halo 4, its first game in the Halo series after taking over for original developer Bungie. It was quite a debut. Halo 4 garnered the biggest day-one launch sales of any Halo game to date with $220 million in total. Later, Microsoft confirmed it as the best-selling Microsoft Studios title of all time in the United States. Critical reception was positive, with a Metacritic score of 87 calculated from nearly 90 outlets. However, the multiplayer population dwindled quickly, with traditional fans lamenting class loadouts and Ordnance drops. Continue reading

This is a reblog from gameinformer:osiris-610

During last year’s Halo: Nightfall five-part digital series, fans were introduced to Jameson Locke, a capable soldier and ONI Acquisitions Specialist sent to investigate Covenant activity on the planet Sedra. For Halo 5: Guardians, Locke has been promoted to Spartan and tasked with hunting down the fallen hero, Master Chief. Fortunately, Locke isn’t alone; he has handpicked a team of specialists at the top of their field. If anyone stands a chance against Master Chief and the rest of Blue Team (read about them here), it’s this new team of Spartans. Meet Fireteam Osiris. Continue reading

The Spartans Tough Enough To Work With Master Chief

This is a reblog from gameinformer:

blue-610

Master Chief has become one of the most iconic characters in gaming, but for Halo 5: Guardians he won’t be riding solo. This time around, the Chief is joined by three of his fellow schoolmates that help make up Blue Team. In spite of Halo’s wealth of transmedia, 343 Industries has stated that Blue Team probably has more lines of dialogue in Halo 5 than they have in all the books, comics, and videos released to date, so it will give fans a better look into the personas of some of Halo’s oldest warriors. With that in mind, here is a quick introduction to the members of Blue Team.  Continue reading
